At Oshba, we want you and your little ones to love your natural care journey. Because our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients for personal care, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and quality for everyone.

Return Window

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact (for hygiene reasons).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, pristine condition with the tag attached. Once inspected and approved, we will process your exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved refunds: Automatically processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
